The never-sleeping emergency and trauma departments are required to maintain top quality care at record speed for patients and need to be ready for any emergency.
A good trauma center should have the availability of a range of specialists to give the best to every injured patient. Here at our hospital, this unique feature is carried out with ease. The facilities available at our hospital campus are outstanding.
All the staff in the emergency room has been trained in BLS and ATLS resulting in patients being efficiently triaged and managed in the emergency department. The team includes the intensivist, orthopedic surgeons, general surgeons, neurosurgeons, nursing staff, theater technicians, radiographers.
Another unique feature of our emergency department is an immediate response to pain. A regional anesthetic block on arrival quickly provides relief to the injured patient, if a block is not possible parenteral pain relief is quickly instituted.
Emergency and trauma nurses specialize in both rapid assessment and treatment of a patient, often when the patient’s life is dangerously on the line. Emergency and trauma nurses must always be ready to treat a variety of sicknesses and emergency conditions.
Trauma/emergency nurses must respond quickly to a variety of single as well as multisystem traumatic conditions. Trauma nurses work with patients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.\
A trauma nurse must decisively respond to problems during medical trauma, and often assess, treat and stabilize patients. Because of their vital role in a patient’s critical health, trauma nurses work highly independently.
Our Hospital is committed to developing a seamless transition between primary care and tertiary referral.. It is staffed by specially trained physicians and nurses who are dedicated to caring for people who require immediate medical assistance
